Oral Hygienist

Stefanie graduated as an Oral Hygienist with extended function from the University of Stellenbosch in 1995. The extended function qualification specifically trains Oral Hygienists in the application of local anesthesia. She has worked in specialist periodontal practices managing periodontally compromised patients from the beginning of her career. During the 27 years she was exposed to various aspects of oral health and dental procedures such as care and maintenance of patients with dental implants and periodontally compromised patients. She is also trained in different tooth whitening procedures.
